DeLuca and MSUM's Gibson highlight NDSU Pro Day
FARGO - North Dakota State's annual Pro Day brought the most scouts to Fargo ever to see the event, 21, and they took in some impressive performances.
All-American linebacker Nick DeLuca got some payback in the 40 yard dash, making up for some subpar times at the NFL Combine, running under 4.80 seconds.
Former All-American lineman Austin Kuhnert had a solid day, he was joined by Connor Wentz, Jeff Illies, Chris Board, Pierre Gee-Tucker, James Fisher, Nate Tanguay and Tre Dempsey in former Bison working out in front of the NFL scouts.
MSU Moorhead's Damon Gibson also had an impressive day, as he had the best vertical jump of the day at 37 feet, five inches.
Gibson is switching positions, moving from wide receiver, where he was an All-American player to tight end.
The NFL Draft is slated for April 26th-28th.
