PERHAM - The Perham boys basketball team has been the talk of Minnesota high school basketball in the northwest part of the state for the last two months.

The Yellowjackets are the last unbeaten team in the state, at 29-0 and stand just a win away from the school's first trip to the state tournament in five years.

But for the team, they're not talking about avoiding a loss, but rather winning one more game.

Perham has lost in the section final each of the last two years, including to Breckenridge, the team they'll play for the title on Thursday night.

The Yellowjackets and Cowboys will play Thursday in a game that will be televised on WDAY'Z Xtra.
