A Fargo inventor has come up with what he hopes will be an answer to a dilemma that has faced couples in the bedroom for centuries.
Petro Serve CEO Kent Satrang says more police are needed in Fargo to prevent problems in troubled parts of the city, such as 13th Avenue South, where he said a Petro Serve may be forced to close.
John and Bobbi Singleton are making the operation a family affair.
"We own assets in 22 different communities and we have crime problems in one city and that's Fargo," Petro Serve CEO Kent Satrang said.
