Find your fall fashion and decor in these 6 stylish, new F-M boutique shops

With a chilly breeze in the air, it's time to once again bring out the sweaters, scarves, jackets and fall decor. Check out these six new boutique stores for men's and women's fashion, children's clothing and home decor.

6. PrimRose Boutique

Next to other popular downtown Fargo boutiques Lot 2029 and Kittsona, a new boutique storefront has joined Main Avenue.

PrimRose Boutique carries a variety of fashion styles, aiming towards women of all ages and sizes. The owner, Riley Bader, prides her boutique for offering a large selection of plus size-styles, something that other boutiques "don't focus on," according to Bader.

5. Tootsie's 

McKenzie Kjos opened Tootsie’s Children’s Boutique on Sept. 9, 2017, along Veterans Boulevard at 5670 38th Ave. S., Fargo.

Boutique stores aren't just for women's clothing anymore. Tootsie's boutique in West Fargo caters to the littles in your life, carrying clothing from premie to size 6, along with other necessities for babies and young children.

4. Others

Located at 18 Eighth St. S in Fargo, this fair trade boutique carefully chooses products that support their mission of helping others and acting for the greater good. Others offers a variety of products in their store, from home decor to both men's and women's clothing and accessories. They also donate 100 percent of their profits to "good causes," according to a statement on their website.

3. Mint & Basil 

Don and Hope Goldammer own the Mint & Basil store at 714 Main Avenue in Fargo.

Coming up on it's first anniversary, Mint & Basil is downtown Fargo's newest kitchen boutique.

Mint & Basil carries popular brands of cookware and bakeware, greeting cards and gifts, along with locally made jams, jelly and spices. Aside from the products, the building itself looks like it's straight out of Pinterest with its hardwood floors, modern decor and white brick walls.

2. Onyx & Pearl

Onyx & Pearl, located across the street from Others at 21 Eighth St. S Fargo, brings a bohemian style to downtown Fargo's boutique scene.

It has a smaller selection than other shops, but makes up for it with the unique options they offer their customers. 

1. Kindred People

Kelly Falk and Marceia Andreasen operate the new Kindred People in downtown Fargo.

Started by a mother and daughter from Alexandria, Minn., Kindred People is the newest clothing boutique in downtown Fargo, which opened here in May.

Kindred People carries women's clothing with a bohemian-chic feel and caters to women of all ages.

They also have a wide selection of North Dakota and Minnesota state clothing and accessories for both men and women.

Leela & Lavender

Jill Shea (left) and Laura Polanski will open Fargo women's clothing boutique Leela & Lavender in late October at 3265 45th St.

In the coming month, we can expect one more women's clothing boutique to open in Fargo-Moorhead.

Started by two former Vanity co-workers, the two women are opening a shop named Leela & Lavender located in The Shoppes at BLU Water Creek complex, 3265 45th St. S., at the corner of 32nd Avenue South and 45th Street South. Leela & Lavender hopes to become a "style adventure" by offering a wide-variety of clothing options.
