Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - With success comes pressure, and that's exactly what NDSU is having to deal with as the Bison try to fill the gaps left by the graduating senior class from a 3rd straight national title run.

One key spot is defensive tackle, where the Bison graduated LeeVonn Perry, Ryan Drevlow, and Danny Luecke.

Junior to be Brian Schaetz returns, but the rest of the players in the 2-deep depth chart have yet to take a snap in a Bison uniform.

Chris Klieman/NDSU Head Coach: "Athleticism, I think we're athletic there. There's 4 of them right now that we expect to be in the mix with it and once we get pads on those guys we'll know where they're really at. But, they're really good athletes and they understand our scheme. Even though they're young guys, they understand our scheme because they've had a lot of reps in practice or limited times in games."

The Bison are off tomorrow and Tuesday, before returning to practice on Wednesday.
