NDHSAA board evaluating 3-class proposal
VALLEY CITY - it's been a debate in North Dakota high school sports for nearly half a century and it's back on the table.
Three classes for North Dakota high school volleyball and basketball. We first reported the story last month and in Valley City the discussion has begun on the NDHSAA school board.
The board did vote unanimously to send the issue to a realignment committee. The committee will look deeper into schools around the state get their opinion.
The board will meet again in September, it's not known then if a vote will be taken.
