OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

TIMBERWOLVES PRIZE PACKAGE GIVEAWAY

SPONSORED BY WDAY AM 970 

Listen Monday through Friday, 6 AM - 7 PM starting March 14th on WDAY AM 970 for a chance to win 1 of 4 Wolves' Den Suite Packages. 

1. Chances to qualify start March 14^th and end April 11^th.
2. To qualify you must be the 9^th caller once the registration contest is announced. You will then be asked one Timberwolves question. After the question has been read, you will have 24 seconds on the shot clock to answer. If you answer the question correctly before the buzzer, you are qualified. If you miss, we will take the next caller.
3. One entry per person, per day. There will be a minimum of four qualifiers per day. Qualifiers are in for all drawings.
4. Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from the list of qualifiers. Four winners will receive one of four Wolves Den Suite Packages.
5. Four seperate prize packages will be given away. They include:
   
   
   • Overnight VIP Suite at the Commons Hotel
   
   
   • Exclusive team gear and memorabilia
   
   
   • $50 credit at The Beacon Public House
   
   
   • Complimentary Target Center Parking Pass
   
   
   • VIP Skip Line Pass

   • Access to Treasure Island VIP Terrace and complimentary dinner and unlimited beer, wine and soda
   
   
   • Two Target Center Premium Club Seats to one of the following games:
     
     Sunday, March 24^th Timberwolves vs Chicago Bulls
     Wednesday, March 27^th Timberwolves vs LA Lakers
     Monday, April 1^st Timberwolves vs Boston Celtics
     Monday, April 13^th Timberwolves vs Phoenix Suns
   
   
6. Drawing for prize packages will take place Thursday, March 21^st, Monday, March 25^th, and Thursday, April 11^th.
7. Winner is responsible for for any transportation.
8. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
9. Must be 18 years old to register.
10. Winners agree to sign a release of liability. WDAY 970 AM and contest sponsors, their representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising from the award or use of the prize.
11. Employees and their immediate families of Forum Communications Company, Commons Hotel and all other participating sponsors are ineligible to participate.
12. Winners agree that their name, voice, photograph and likeness may be used for promotional purposes.
13. Winners will be announced and notified by phone prior to game date. Winners will need to make arrangements to pick up tickets at WDAY Studios during normal business hours prior to game dates of March 24^th, March 27^th, April 1^st, and April 13^th.
14. The decision of Forum Communications Company in the interpretation of these rules is final. WDAY AM 970 is the sole judge of the contest. By participating persons agree to be bound by the judge's final decision and the official rules.
15. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
16. WDAY AM 970 reserves the right to change, alter or modify these rules at any time without notice.
17. WDAY AM 970 reserves the right to terminate the contest without liability.
