10. 9th Avenue S – 42nd St to 38th St –Current road width is sufficiently wide to stripe 5’ on-street bike lanes.

11. 5th Ave S – 25th St to 21st St – 2-lane road section with Sharrows.

12. 21st St – 1st Ave S to 5th Ave S - 2-lane road section with Sharrows.

13. 1st Ave S – 4th St to University Drive - 2-lane road section with Sharrows.

14. Elm St – 15th Ave N to Edgewood Golf Course Road – Between 15th and Edgewood, we’d restripe to move centerline skips to crown of road and stripe sharrows along the gutter lines.

15. 4th St – 1st Ave N to 9th Ave N – Plan is to turn the street into a 3-lane section with 5’ bike lanes on each side. We would create a center left turn lane and the bikes would have a place to ride. We will add sharrows to 4th St from 9th Ave N to 12th Ave N.

16. 25th St – 58th Ave S to 73rd Ave S – new 3-lane roadway with striped 6’ bike lanes on each side.
