OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS JUNIOR GLOBETROTTER PROMOTION

SPONSORED BY WDAY/WDAZ TV 

Viewers are instructed to go to wday.com and wdaz.com to register for a chance to win to be the Junior Globetrotter at either the Fargo game on January 3rd or the Grand Forks game on January 4th, 2013.

  1. Registration deadline is 11:59PM December 23rd.
  2. Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all entries.  One (1) winner will be picked for each location.
  3. No purchase necessary and void where prohibited.
  4. Must be 18 years old to register, child must be age 6-12 to be selected.
  5. Winners are responsible for all applicable tax, licenses and insurance.  If asked, winners must present a valid social security card and will be required to fill out the proper paperwork before being allowed to claim their prize.
  6. Winners agree to sign a release of liability.  WDAY/WDAZ and contest sponsors, their representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising from the award or use of the prize.
  7. Employees and their immediate families of Forum Communications Company, FargoDome, and Alerus Center and all other participating sponsors are ineligible to participate.
  8. Winners agree that their name, voice, photograph and likeness may be used for promotional purposes.
  9. Winners will be announced and notified by phone on December 24th. Winners will need to make arrangements to pick up tickets at WDAY Studios during normal business hours, prior to performance date of  Januaryl 3rd in Fargo and January 4th in Grand Forks.
  10. The decision of Forum Communications Company in the interpretation of these rules is final.  WDAY/WDAZ is the sole judge of the contest.  By participating, persons agree to be bound by the judges decision and the official rules.
  11. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
  12. WDAY/WDAZ reserves the right to change, alter or modify these rules at anytime without notice.
  13. WDAY/WDAZ reserves the right to terminate the contest without any liability.
