Perry Game, 61, Woodbridge, VA formerly of Glyndon, MN passed away at his home on March 3, 2024, after a battle with cancer.

Nov. 12, 1951- Jan. 30, 2024 Jim was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to parents James R. Bishop Sr. and Elizabeth (Bradley) Bishop. His childhood was spent between his parents’ house in Somerdale, NJ and his grandmother’s house in Philadelphia, PA. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1970; his service included a tour in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged at Ft. Carson, CO in 1973. He met Kari Thorson in 1981. They were married on January 5th, 1983. Jim is survived by his wife, Kari Bishop. Children: Michelle Malley, Mark Bishop (Kara), and Wendy Bishop (Bobby Gallagher). Grandchildren: Victoria, Katyln, Jacob, Kailani, Samuel, and Faye. Good friends: Duke Johnson and Bill High, who were brothers to him. And siblings: Elizabeth, Dorothy, Kim, Scott, and Charles. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Michael, and his newborn son Brent. The Bishop family invites you to a celebration of life at the Jones Township town hall (intersection of Trengrove and Jones Townhall Rd. NW) from 1-5 p.m. on the 4th of May, 2024.
Brent Charles Hermans passed away on April 21 at his home in Fargo. Brent was born on May 10, 1967, to David and Vicki (Brox) Hermans in Robbinsdale, MN. Brent moved to Grand Forks, ND, with his family when he was in the sixth grade. After graduating from Red River High School, he attended and graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks in 1990 with a major in Business Management and a minor in Music. After college, Brent was a musician at Holy Family Catholic Church in Grand Forks for several years. In 2001, Brent moved to Grafton, ND, and became the Director of Music and Liturgy, and was also the Director of Religious Education for Preschool through grade six at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, where he worked for the next eighteen years. While in Grafton, in addition to playing for many weddings and community events, he played for the ‘Far Off Broadway’ productions at Grafton High School. He also played many concerts, Piano Talk, during the summers at St. John’s, which were well attended by people from the surrounding communities.
82, Mandan, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024, at a local care facility. A Memorial Service was held Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at DaWise-Perry Funeral Services with Deacon Angie Kutzer officiating. Interment was in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
