MAN IN CAR DURING OFFICER-INVOLVED SHOOTING IN COURT TODAY
The man involved in the officer-involved shooting on I-94 will face a judge in court today.
The incident happened Monday near Mile Marker 7 near Moorhead when a trooper went to check on a car that crashed into the median. Authorities aren't saying what lead up to the officer shooting the woman who was driving the car. She ran and was found in a field with a gun nearby. The Clay County Jail tells us 'Dominique Crayton' is the male passenger. He's being held on a charge of 'felony criminal damage to property.' The B.C.A. has not released any information on the woman injured. She was hospitalized. We're told Crayton will make his first court appearance today.
MAN ACCUSED OF TRYING TO RUN OVER OFFICER PLEADS 'NOT GUILTY'
A man who's accused of trying to run over an officer, before triggering a state-wide blue alert, said he's not guilty.
Ulises Villalobos-Alvarado, 22, faces attempted murder and fleeing an officer charges stemming from the January incident in Bismarck. Authorities saID he tried to hit the officer, who shot him in the arm in response and then drove off. He later turned himself in at a gas station in Brookings, South Dakota.
STUDENT EXPELLED FOR RECORDING CLASSMATES IN A CHANGING ROOM
A student at a Fargo private school is expelled after officials said they found a device set up inside a girls' dressing room.
Officials said it happened on February 22nd at Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo. The device was set up during a theatre performance and placed in the girls dressing room. Staff said an adult spotted it after it recorded 51 minutes of video. Parents are shocked. The school said the recording 'impacted' 31 girls in grades 6 through 12.
