Over a half foot of snow for some Wednesday

Many received enough snow for a white Christmas. Highest snowfall amounts were upwards of 9" across portions of the central Red River Valley.

 Very light snow is in the forecast for Friday, but little to no snow accumulation through the Christmas weekend.   Snowfall reports by Thursday morning:

Andrew Whitmyer

Andrew Whitmyer is no stranger to active and always changing weather patterns. He comes from the Great Lakes region in Michigan/Indiana. Andrew attended Valparaiso University from 2012-2016 where he optained a Bachlor of Science degree in broadcast meteorology, digital media and geography.
