Strong winds and ground blizzard conditions greeted motorists on Interstate 94 in North Dakota on Thursday as an Arctic cold front entered the state with wind gusting to 55 mph reducing visibility along the interstate causing hazardous travel conditions and dangerous wind chills to continue through Friday morning across the state.
