Moorhead Police investigate break-ins at three Moorhead businesses, church
MOORHEAD—Three businesses and a church were burglarized over the weekend in south Moorhead, according to city police.
Sgt. Ryan Nelson said officers responded to an alarm about 6 a.m. Sunday at one address and then discovered the other break-ins nearby.
The break-ins occurred along 30th Avenue South between 15th and 18th streets. Moorhead Church of Christ was burglarized, along with Johnson & Johnson Insurance, State Farm Insurance and the Reading Therapy Center, the sergeant said.
Nelson said rocks and hard objects were used to break windows and gain entry. There were signs of rummaging inside the buildings, but nothing appeared to be stolen, he said.
Nelson said police have made no arrests and have no suspects in the burglaries, which investigators believe are related.
