Three injured in Towner County, N.D., crash

ROCKLAKE, N.D.—Three people were injured Monday morning, Feb. 26, in Towner County in a two-vehicle crash.

Connie Odegaard, 56, of Perth, N.D., Brexton Bjornstead, 2, of Langdon, N.D., and Gerald Berg, 76, of Hansboro, N.D., were treated for non-life-threatening injuries after the 8:25 a.m. crash on U.S. Highway 281 about 5 miles south of Rocklake, according to a news release.

Odegaard and her passenger, Brexton, were southbound in a 2016 Ford F-150 when she lost control on a frosty road, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said in the release. The pickup then hit Berg's vehicle, a 1995 Chevrolet pickup, and both went into the east ditch, according to the release.

Everyone involved in the crash was wearing safety restraints.

Rocklake is about 60 miles northwest of Devils Lake.
