FARGO, N.D. — March is National Nutrition Month, which is why one company here is trying to highlight the importance of health, especially for seniors.

The in-home assistance company, "Right At Home," focuses on letting people live independently by helping with facets of life, like nutrition.

The company's owner, Barry Maring, says although nutritional needs don't necessarily change as we age, our bodies usually need an extra boost of certain nutrients, like B12 and Vitamin D.

That's why it's important to start thinking about nutrition at a young age to help with health down the road.

"You'll have less issues, usually, as you age if you start this early enough," says Maring. "It's just the same thing. It's eating a healthy diet."
