GRAND FORKS—A Grand Forks man is in custody Wednesday night after police allegedly busted him with more than $1,000 dollars worth of meth.

Court documents say the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force has been following Terriyn Baker for months.

Undercover authorities agreed to buy 28 grams of meth for $1,200 dollars from the man according to the documents.

Documents say the alleged deal was set up in early September at the Budget Inn off Highway 2.

Authorities filmed the interaction and recorded audio of the alleged deal.

Baker is facing a felony count of delivery of a controlled substance.

He's due in court next month.
