Bemidji home damaged after house fire

Bemidji, MN-- Firefighters responded to a house fire in the Northern Township in Bemidji on Monday at 10:20 p.m.

Seventeen firefighters using two fire engines and two water tenders arrived on the scene and found that the living room was on fire.

The home's residents were able to escape the fire without injuries.

Fire crews were able to put out the flames in about four hours.

The fire caused moderate damage to the house and the contents inside.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Bemidji Fire Department.
