Breweries, restaurants make 'one time only' creations for 3rd Annual 'The Pig and The Pint'
FARGO—Pork and beer lovers have a chance to try unique pairings tonight at the 3rd Annual The Pig and The Pint in Fargo.
Seven breweries, six restaurants and one bakery have spent a week working with each other making creative matches.
Restaurants were given half of a hog to use in their dishes.
You can also listen to live music and try unlimited samples of suds and swine from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Sanctuary Events Center.
Tickets cost $55.
"A lot of our breweries are making one time only creations tonight as well as our restaurants. So, it's not anything you're going to see on the menu. You're not going to see it under some chef's special on Friday, this is, you can only get it tonight," said Ricky Palley, Sanctuary Events Center.
After the event, all leftover food will be donated to the YWCA and the Gladys Ray House.
