The woman charged in connection to the disappearance and murder of Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind may enter a plea today.
38-year-old Brooke Crews will be in court at 1:30 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.
It's her first opportunity to contest evidence in the case, or enter a plea.
Crews is charged with felony conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping and providing false information to police.
The prosecutor says she does not expect any of the charges to change.
This comes more than a month after the 22-year-old Greywind went missing from her Fargo apartment.
Officers found her baby in the apartment building where Greywind lived in the unit where Crews lived with her boyfriend.

He will appear in court in December.
He has pleaded not guilty.
