I-94 construction near Sheyenne Street in West Fargo to begin Monday
WEST FARGO -- Construction on Interstate 94 one mile west and one mile east of Sheyenne Street in West Fargo is scheduled to begin on Monday, Sept. 18.
Road work will consist of building median crossovers for a future construction project, according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation press release.
- Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on I-94
- Speeds will be reduced
- A width restriction of 16 feet will be in place
Delays are expected with major congestion during rush hour. NDDOT encourages motorists to consider using an alternative route.
The project is expected to be completed this fall, according to the NDDOT release.
