Intersection Project at 25th Street, 13th Avenue South begins Thursday
FARGO -- Crews will begin to set up the traffic control for a roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction project at the 25th Street and 13th Avenue South intersection Wednesday evening.
Beginning Thursday morning, drivers will go through an active work zone. Crews will begin roadway removals in the median areas surrounding the intersection.
The project is expected to continue into November.
Drivers in all directions are advised:
- One driving lane with left-hand turning lanes will be open. Motorists will shift to the outside driving lane on their respective side during removals
- Median lane will be closed to traffic
Crews will asphalt the area to allow for shifting traffic lanes during each phase of the project once removals are complete in the median area.
The intersection will not fully close to traffic, however certain traffic movements will be limited to right-in and right-out in the zone to help with traffic flow out of business driveways in the intersection.
