Fargo, ND (WDAY News) - From now until Christmas Eve, believers of all ages can mail a letter to Santa.

It's part of Macy's 'Believe Campaign' in partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The retailer will donate a dollar to the foundation for the first one million letters dropped off at one of its stores.

The money will be used to grant wishes to children with life treating medical conditions, like 8-year-old Keaton Nelson from West Fargo.

Nelson wished last year to be Santa Claus.

He brought toys and candy to other children at Sanford Children's Hospital.

"I thought well, kids in the hospital, they shouldn't just be miserable like me cause, I stay in the hospital 24-7 literally," said Keaton Nelson, Wish Child.

Macy's has specific postcards or letters you can pick-up for the campaign at their stores.
