North Fargo students "Pay it Forward"
8th grade students in Ben Frankin's individual learning center were each allotted 100-dollars to make a difference. They presented their ideas today.
This group combined its money, from state bank and trust, and then raised 500 dollars selling lay's during the school's Hawaiian day. They're giving the money to a North Dakota father of three, who has a brain tumor.
"It's a really smart idea. Showing kindness to the world and making a chain reaction. For it to just happen like that, it's a wonderful feeling for everybody."
This opportunity is a part of state bank's well-known "Pay it Forward" philanthropic program.
