Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man faces a list of charges tonight, accused of crashing a stolen car into a gas pump, starting a fire, and running from police. Police arrested 20-year-old Dwayne Tensely just after 2:00 this morning after he crashed into a pump at the Stop N Go on 25th Street, just north of I-94. Officers say he was driving fast.

4 ND men accused of threatening Minn. partygoers

MOORHEAD, Minn. (AP) — Four North Dakota men have been arrested after allegedly crashing a party at a Moorhead home and threatening people with guns. Moorhead police say 26-year-old Abdirahman Abdi, 21-year-old Abdi Abdi and 22-year-old Semereab Tesfaye, all of Fargo, N.D., and 22-year-old Jimmy Samson of West Fargo, N.D., were arrested Saturday on suspicion of second-degree assault and other charges.

Boy, 3 survives fall from St. Cloud window

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) — Police say a 3-year-old boy is expected to survive after falling from a third-story apartment window in St. Cloud. Police say the boy's mother had just finished giving three children a bath when the boy went to look out a window and leaned against a screen Friday. The screen gave out, and the boy fell almost 30 feet onto concrete.

26 St. Cloud State profs receive layoff notices

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) — Twenty-six probationary faculty at St. Cloud State have received layoff notices as part of a push to cut 80 to 90 faculty jobs for the 2011 school year.
