Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - After hundreds of thousands of YouTube hits, and a week long police investigation, the Wahpeton Police Department is punishing the officer who arrested a teenager, who was videotaping him in public. The police chief says there was insufficient cause.
WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — A Wahpeton police officer is suspended for five days without pay for arresting a juvenile without probable cause. The Forum newspaper reports that Police Chief Scott Thorsteinson says Officer Dustin Hill also must complete 40 hours of remedial law enforcement training.

Police in Wahpeton have started an investigation after an aspiring 17-year-old journalist was arrested for what he claims is no reason, or probable cause. He posted his own video of the arrest online, and it's caused a stir.
