(WDAY TV) - Some traffic fines in North Dakota haven't changed since they were established in the 1950s. A Fargo representative says he hopes to change that, and it could end up costing speeders more money. What affect will it have on area highways?
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A traffic blitz targeting speeders and seat belt skippers is an active one. Officers posted in the 45th street construction area in Fargo were so busy; they even pulled some cars over, while the officers were on foot.
(WDAY TV) - Apparently drivers in North Dakota are really good at putting the pedal to the metal.
