HANKINSON, N.D. (AP) - The Richland County Sheriff's Office is investigating a weekend shooting death in the southeast North Dakota town of Hankinson. Sheriff Larry Leshovsky (lah-SHEF'-skee) says that 35-year-old Brian Smith of Hankinson was shot by a 55-year-old man in the driveway of the man's home.
Detroit Lakes, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Detroit Lakes man is back behind bars and facing charges after escaping from jail on October 9th. 48-year-old Gregory Smith was in the minimum security jail in Detroit Lakes when he left through an emergency exit while still wearing his orange jail suit.
