Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The city of Fargo may soon be toughening the rules on where groups of sex offenders can live. The planning commission tonight voted to limit where 4 or more sex offenders or felons can live.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo woman and sexual assault victim is speaking out against allowing sex offenders to live in neighborhoods. This comes two months after Fargo city leaders denied a request for a rehabilitation house. We have blurred the woman's face and will call her Tina because she's worried her attacker will find her.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - When it comes to housing for sex offenders in Fargo, nowhere is off limits. Offenders can live anywhere, right across from a school, a city park, or a swimming pool. City Commissioner Dave Piepkorn is spear-heading an idea to change that, and restrict where sex offenders can live.
