High risk sex offender registers in Fargo
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A high-risk sex offender, convicted twice for possessing child pornography, is living near the Red River in downtown Fargo. 24 year old Jesse James Syverson is required to register as a sex offender. He told police he's homeless. Syverson is staying near the river east of Second Street and Third Avenue North. He is a lifetime registrant.
