Public Service Commissioner Brian Kalk announced that he will drop his bid for the Republican U.S. Senate endorsement and seek the House of Representatives endorsement at the 2012 Republican state convention.
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Democrat Al Franken is making a request of his own to the Minnesota Supreme Court: Force officials to issue the Senate election certificate quickly.
