West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - West Fargo voters may soon go to the polls, for a third time in two years, to decide the controversial issue of whether to pay more taxes to build new schools. WDAY 6 News has learned the staggering multi-million dollar amount the district is considering asking voters to shell out for four schools.
Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - In 2-weeks, the Moorhead School District will know if it's breathing easier or facing the possibility of cutting people and programs. On November 2nd, the ballot will include a referendum. Moorhead is one of 79-districts state-wide, asking for money.
Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Moorhead school leaders are tackling a major budget crisis that will lead to more layoffs if a levy referendum isn't passed. Tonight, taxpayers voiced their concerns for shelling out more money when bills are getting high, but paychecks are not.
Lake Park, Minn. (WDAY TV) - They are celebrating in the streets and neighborhoods in Lake Park and Audubon, Minnesota today. This after voters in the district finally passed a building referendum that will mean a new high school and a renovated elementary school.
Kindred, ND (WDAY TV) - School leaders in the Kindred District are relieved tonight after a record number of voters approved a multi-million building referendum. This comes after the last three bond votes since 1999 failed.
