MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minnesota man freed after spending more than 2½ years in prison for a fatal crash in a Toyota Camry sued Toyota Motor Corp. on Monday, alleging the automaker knew about safety problems in its cars but failed to fix them or warn customers.
Crookston, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Crookston teenager is accused of leading police on a chase for several blocks overnight. 19-year-old Tyler Lee faces charges of felony pursuit, property damage, and D-U-I. Police say Lee was driving recklessly, crashed into a fence, and fled from them around 3:30.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A federal judge said he had no choice Monday other than to sentence a man convicted in a drug conspiracy to a life sentence when the accused ringleader received a 45-year term.
