(WDAZ-TV) - A North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper arrested in Beltrami County, MN, for drunken driving has resigned. Captain Kevin Robson had a blood alcohol concentration nearly twice Minnesota's legal limit at .15 percent.
North Dakota Highway Patrol troopers are getting an upgrade. They are getting a new system that will make a huge difference, not only in public safety, but trooper safety as well.
