FARGO -- Last summer Jada Wraalstad grew a 16-pound cabbage, and she recently won $1,000 for her efforts. The 10-year-old fourth-grader at Clara Barton-Hawthorne Elementary School in Fargo grew the cabbage as part of the national Bonnie Plants Cabbage Program.
