Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Hundreds of Clay County homeowners hit by the 2009 flood could soon get relief on their property taxes. The Disaster Credit is a one percent property tax credit of what was damaged as a result of the flood. So, depending on the amount that was damaged, homeowners could be getting hundreds of dollars in relief.
