Barney, ND (WDAY TV) - A Barney, North Dakota woman plans to admit her role in a crash that killed a Wahpeton teenager last fall. 53-year old Cathleen Dean has pleaded not guilty to negligent homicide. A change of plea hearing is planned for August.
