Mayor Walaker: No need to rush sandbag deployment
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Mayor Walaker is upping his guesstimate on this years crest. He told reporters today his gut feeling now puts the river at 40 and a half feet. Walaker says that number doesn't scare him, but he is getting frustrated with waiting for it to come.
