Fargo, ND - A joint fugitive investigation has resulted in the capture of a third person charged in the February 10th armed robbery of the Stop-N-Go store located at 1702 30th Avenue South in Moorhead.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The 21-year old Fargo man accused of robbing Stop-N-Go in Moorhead last month is pleading not guilty. The attorney for James Taylor says he may challenge the witnesses who identified him, prior to the trial.
Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Bail is set at $75,000 dollars for the man arrested in connection to a convenience store robbery in Moorhead last month. 21-year-old James Taylor is charged with 1st degree aggravated robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The deputies gun is still missing, but the man accused of robbing the store is behind bars tonight. 21-year old James Taylor is facing 2 felony charges: Aggravated Robbery and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Police arrested Taylor after they did a search of his home.
