Fergus Falls, Minn. (WDAY TV) - More arrests have been made in Fergus Falls under Operation Spring Clean up. 51-year old Keith Haats of Hawley and 45-year old Christopher Carman of Nelson are both accused of selling prescription pills to confidential informants in Otter Tail County.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The March of Dimes is out with its annual report card on Premature Births. While the country gets a letter grade of "D", North Dakota has moved up a grade from last year. The non-profit group says there is room for improvement.
Oakport Township, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Would you be willing to give up your front yard to help protect your neighbors from spring flooding? That is the situation in Oakport Township where crews are racing to wrap up work this fall on an ongoing dike project there. But some Oakport residents who live on Broadway are upset about a plan to raise and widen that busy road, a plan that would also take out some front yards.

After authorities scoured eastern North Dakota for a 4-year-old believed to have been abducted by the child's mother, no one ended up being charged. Authorities now say the mother did have the right to take her 4-year-old child off a school bus in Aneta yesterday.
