ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A federal grand jury has charged an 18-year-old woman with murder and assault in the stabbing death last month of a 14-year-old boy on the Red Lake reservation in northern Minnesota. Patricia A. Brown was indicted Wednesday in federal court in St. Paul. Two assault counts leveled against Brown are connected with alleged knife cuts two other boys suffered in the incident.
