ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) — A former North Dakota man has pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity to 25 counts of possession of child pornography and to a charge of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor. Prosecutors say it was an out-of-state undercover agent, who contacted authorities.
