Lake Park, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Becker County authorities today arrested the man who allegedly stuffed a sock in the mouth of a nursing home resident in rural Lake Park. As we first reported Thursday, 36-year old Quantel Morris was a nurse’s assistant at Sunnyside Care Center on Highway Ten in Lake Park.
Detroit Lakes, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A warrant has been issued for a Detroit Lakes man in connection with a troubling allegation at a Becker County nursing home. The county attorney's office has filed mistreatment charges against 36-year old Quantel Morris.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The owners of a Morris, Minn.-based construction company each face up to five years in prison for orchestrating a tax evasion scheme. Brothers Joe Riley and John Riley of Riley Bros. Construction Inc., which has done a lot of work in the Fargo area, pleaded guilty last month in federal court in Minnesota to conspiring to defraud the U.S. government and avoid tax payments.
