FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota farmer says a farm implement company should pay for a combine fire that caused nearly $300,000 in damage. Thomas Thurlow has filed a federal lawsuit against CNH America LLC. Thurlow says the company was negligent in its design of the 2008 Case IHC combine that caught fire on Nov. 15 near Carrington.
