COOPERSTOWN, N.D. – The lawyer for a Cooperstown man accused of killing a North Dakota State University researcher is asking a judge to suppress evidence obtained through search warrants for the man’s van and home.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man will face a laundry list of charges after police say he crashed his car into a North side auto body shop today, causing thousands of dollars in damage. Police say the driver, 22-year old Dylan Johnson of Fargo, was injured and remains hospitalized. Police say Johnson also may have driven into a nearby home a short time earlier. There was no damage to the house.
