GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A 33-year-old from Hillsboro, N.D., was injured Thursday evening when the car he was driving collided with a semi-truck on Interstate 29 south of Manvel, according to a report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
WAHPETON, N.D. – An 18-year-old Hillsboro man is in jail after he allegedly led authorities on a chase through Richland County and eluded them by fleeing into South Dakota, only to be arrested several hours later when he returned to Wahpeton.
