Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - There have been several home auctions for Clay County buyout homes over the last few months, but none quite like today’s. One bidder wasn't looking to buy up some of the 12 homes included in the auction for himself, but instead to help one community's dire need for housing.
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - First it was Moorhead, now it's Clay County. The County Commission took steps to pass an ordinance outlawing the possession and distribution of items deemed designed for use of illegal drugs.
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - With budget cuts, Minnesota Schools are now being asked to put forth its own money for the Truancy Intervention Program. Around since 1998, the program has decreased truancies by 60%.
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - On the heels of Minnesota's new budget, counties are starting to slash programs, and the county's share of some controversial state funded programs, like the sex offender program, are going up. Way up.
