Fergus Falls, Minn. (WDAY TV) - More arrests have been made in Fergus Falls under Operation Spring Clean up. 51-year old Keith Haats of Hawley and 45-year old Christopher Carman of Nelson are both accused of selling prescription pills to confidential informants in Otter Tail County.
