HILLSBORO, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a Mayville man and his daughter face charges involving possessing or making methamphetamine and marijuana. The Traill County sheriff says 51-year-old Steve Schiebe was arrested Monday after a search of his rural home found evidence that meth was made in the garage.
