Staff at the college has created a photo piece for students to remember the students they didn’t get to finish the year with, and the ones who were by their side fighting the flood. VCSU graduation moved

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) — Valley City State students spent most of the semester taking online classes off campus because of the threat of flooding, but Saturday's graduation ceremony will be on campus. But it won't be in Vangstad Auditorium, for the first time in history. Instead, it will be at the W.E Osmon Field House.
